returns and exchanges

OUR QUALITY IS NOT WHAT WE PUT INTO IT. IT'S WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT.

Eligible Return Items

Returns and exchanges for unwashed and unworn items in original condition will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include original packaging and tags when returning. 

Process

Email easycoservice@easycompanyoutfitters.com to initiate a return or exchange and one of our representatives will initiate the process. 

1. Please include your Name and Order Number in the Email Subject Line

2. Please indicate which action you would like to take:

    a. Replace with another item (Please indicate size and style)
    b. Receive a store credit for full purchase price
    c. Receive a refund to your original payment method

3. Please use your prepaid return label and original packaging and drop off at your local post office

We will cover shipping charges back to our warehouse. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Non-Refundable Items

All sales are final for gift cards and items purchased on sale. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

Previously exchanged items are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges.
